Questions, answered
(c)How far in advance should we book?+
For weddings we suggest three to six months ahead so we can secure florals and crew for your date. Birthdays and smaller celebrations can often be arranged with four to six weeks' notice.
What is included in a package price?+
Every package covers design, the florals and props listed, delivery, on-site setup and teardown. Anything extra — a larger arch, extended hours, premium blooms — is quoted clearly before you confirm.
Can you work to our own theme or colour palette?+
Always. Send us photos, a colour you love or even a dress swatch, and we build the palette, florals and lighting around it.
How do we confirm a date?+
Send an enquiry with your date, venue and guest count. We reply within two working days with a proposal, and your date is held once the deposit is settled.
Do you handle day-of coordination too?+
Yes. Beyond decoration we can run the schedule on the day — vendor timing, ceremony flow and the cake moment — so you are free to enjoy it.
